OFFICE LOCATION

• We are located at Empire Tower, the annexe building of Empire Shopping Gallery.
• Enter via the main entrance and walk past CIMB Bank, which is opposite JIBBY & CO., to reach the main lobby of Empire Tower.
• Please obtain a visitor’s pass at the lobby, then proceed to Level 5, Unit A-5-9.

TO COLLECT COMPLETED DOCUMENT

1. Upon arrival, kindly inform the reception staff that you are collecting a document prepared by Mr. George Varughese.
2. Once you have collected the document, please take a photo of it and send it to us via WhatsApp for our records.
