Our Legalisation service assists you in preparing and submitting documents to the respective government departments, embassies or high commissions. Many clients require their documents and its corresponding certified translation to be legalised for official use in another country. We can facilitate notarisation of your translated document by a Public Notary lawyer before submitting it for legalisation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.
Step 1: Advisory
Our consultants study the unique requirements of each client to understand their requirements and how we could assist them. The consultant then advises client on the detailed process.
Step 2: Notarisation
We submit the Certified Translation to be notarised by a Public Notary lawyer.
Step 3: Legalisation
We submit the notarised documents to be legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
Step 4: Attestation by Embassies
We submit the legalised documents to be attested by the respective embassies or high commissions.
